Terms of Service
Effective: March 1, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the medical appointment reservation platform (hereinafter 'the Service') operated by Flexis Inc. (hereinafter 'the Company'), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
- β’'Service' refers to the medical appointment reservation intermediary service provided by the Company.
- β’'User' refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- β’'Medical Institution' refers to hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities registered with the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise notified to users.
- β’The Company may modify these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
- β’Modified Terms will be announced within the Service at least 7 days prior to implementation.
- β’Users who do not agree to the modified Terms may discontinue use of the Service.
Article 4 (Provision of Service)
The Company provides the following services.
- β’Medical institution search and information
- β’Appointment reservation and management
- β’Reservation confirmation and notification
- β’Other services as determined by the Company
Article 5 (Restriction of Service Use)
The Company may restrict Service use in the following cases.
- β’Unauthorized use of another person's personal information
- β’Intentional interference with Service operation
- β’Submission of false information
- β’Violation of applicable laws or conditions set by the Company
Article 6 (Reservations and Cancellations)
Users may make medical appointment reservations through the Service and should note the following.
- β’Accurate personal information must be provided when making a reservation.
- β’Reservation changes and cancellations are subject to the policies of the medical institution.
- β’Repeated no-shows may result in restriction of Service use.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from the following.
- β’Medical treatment content, medical procedures, and their results at medical institutions
- β’Issues caused by inaccurate information submitted by users
- β’Service interruption due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures
- β’Disputes between users or between users and medical institutions
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In case of disputes between the Company and users, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
